This is for couples who have done all of their planning and need someone to execute their vision so they can enjoy their event. This includes one rehearsal prior to the event, one site visit, an on-site coordinator, an assistant, and set-up and break-down services.

Partial Planning and Day of Coordination……………………………………………………………Starting at $3000
Have you secured most of your vendors but need help completing the planning process? This package includes everything in our Day of Coordination Services.

Full-Service Planning…………………………………………………………………………………………………….Starting at $5000
If you don’t want to do all the planning and sourcing of the vendors, this is the plan for you. It vendors, this includes Day of Coordination Services.

Note: For weddings of over 150 people, an additional $300 fee will be charged per 50 people to accommodate sourcing additional personnel.

Micro weddings:……………………………………………………………………………………………………………….Starting at $3000 Pricing is negotiable and dependent on overall services provided.

Full-Service Decorations: pricing is negotiable and dependent on product availability and sourcing.

Prices do not include mileage ($0.85/mile) and/or lodging incurred for face to face meetings or the event. Start point is dependent on our three locations (whichever is closest). For events from Maryland, the start points are Severna Park and Hagerstown, MD. For events in Virginia, the start point is Yorktown, VA.

A 4% convenience fee is assessed for all credit card transactions. Other payment options are available upon request.
